Ingredients
  

  • 1 English Breakfast Tea bag
  • 1 cup of hot water (about 90–95°C)
  • 3 fresh peach slices
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Water
    Heat water to about 90–95°C (not boiling, to avoid bitterness in the tea).
  • Steep the Tea
    Place the tea bag in a cup or teapot. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on the desired strength.
  • Infuse the Peach Flavor
    Add fresh peach slices or dried peach pieces to the tea while it’s still hot.Let it steep for an additional 2 minutes to allow the peach flavor to blend.
  • Sweeten & Serve
    Stir in honey or sugar if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger peach flavor, mash the peach slices slightly before adding them.
  • If using dried peaches, let them steep longer to enhance the flavor.
  • English Breakfast Tea contains caffeine, so consider using a decaffeinated version for an evening drink.
