  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and any spices.
  • Mix the Batter: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.Stir until just combined (don’t overmix to keep the bread soft).If using add-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits, fold them in now.
  • Bake the Banana Bread: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
